Learn the secrets of Asia’s cultural culinary delights
Asia is a food paradise with diverse cultural flavors from Malay, Chinese, and Indian to Filipino, Indonesian, Korean and more. Let Alou Brandon introduce you to the unique food of her diverse background and learn how to prepare some of Asia’s delights. Alou will take you by the hand and introduce you to the exciting yet sometimes intimidating produce and spices that make Asian flavors unique. Alou has been giving cooking classes for the past many years in Penang, Malaysia, and now brings her years of experience and the rich flavors of Asia to Central Texas!
Cooking Classes
Alou offers one-on-one and group cooking classes. The instruction is easy to understand and tailor made for the beginner to the more advanced.
Hands-On
A myriad of different menus are featured. From Penang’s famous Laksas to everyone’s favorite India’s Butter Chicken. You can learn them all.

Cooking Demonstrations
Maybe you have a large group and an intimate class is out of the question. No problem! Alou can arraign a cooking demo. She doesn’t limit the menu to just Asia either. She will showcase an entire meal from around the world and teach your group the steps to create it.
